Leaving things to the last minute could see you limited in your choice of venue, dates and entertainment options. It might seem counter intuitive, but there’s a good chance that booking early will get the best value for your casino party. All mobile casino companies will have different policies and pricing structures but, at Red Casino Events, we charge our regular fees in December, except on New Year’s Eve when a premium is charged to reflect the increased fee we pay our staff. Demand is higher in December than at any other time of the year, so the likelihood of getting discounted party entertainment (including other attractions like DJs, photobooths and entertainers) is less than might be the case at other times.

That said, we will always try to work to our clients’ budget and are often able to offer special rates to events organisers to local hotels and venues hosting Christmas party nights, passing on the reduced logistics costs on their booking.
Can I save money by holding our Christmas party in January?
Yes! Increasingly we are seeing companies hosting their Christmas parties in the new year. Often these businesses are themselves at their busiest in December, usually hospitality and retail businesses, and the main reason for waiting until after Christmas is more one of practicality and celebration than it is a cost saving exercise. The upside is that because demand is much lower in January, you can usually negotiate a better deal on all aspects of your Christmas party, which is why we are seeing more and more companies and families hosting celebration parties in January and even February.
